Each generation is one clear unit, not opaque model tokens. When an active campaign needs more room, add 50 credits for $49.

What counts as a photo generation?
Generating one AI scene uses one photo generation. Regenerating that scene uses one more. Story planning, editing, real product photos, text cards, and exports never consume photo generations. 100 a month is roughly 15 to 20 first drafts before rerolls, depending on slide count.
Do unused generations roll over?
Unused credits currently remain available while your subscription is active. We will give clear notice before changing rollover terms.
Can the price change?
Your checkout shows the price you authorize. We will communicate future pricing changes before they affect a renewal.
What happens if a generation fails?
Confirmed system or provider failures trigger an automatic refund attempt. Slidko retries failed refunds; if your balance does not update, contact support so it can be corrected.
