Slidko Terms of Service

Service
Slidko provides tools for planning and generating AI-assisted UGC photo stories. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities and require customer review before publication. Slidko does not guarantee performance, virality, conversion, exclusivity of an AI-generated face, or that an output is legally suitable for every use.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through your organization. Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally preserves access through the paid period. Photo-generation credits, top-ups, rollover, refunds, and expiration follow the terms shown at purchase. System or provider failures may be automatically refunded; aesthetic rerolls normally consume another generation.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of material you upload. You grant Slidko a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for uploaded likenesses, products, trademarks, screenshots, copy, and other content.
Creator likeness rules
You may not clone or imitate a public figure or another person without authorization, create deceptive endorsements, exploit minors, generate sexual or abusive content, or use Slidko to harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead. Uploaded real-person creators require valid commercial likeness permission. AI-created creators must not be represented as real customer testimony or a real endorsement when they are not.
Claims and regulated content
You are responsible for substantiating advertising, health, financial, comparative, testimonial, and product claims. Slidko-generated copy and imagery are drafts, not legal, medical, financial, or advertising-compliance advice.
Outputs
Subject to payment and these terms, you may use generated outputs for your lawful business purposes. Because generative systems may create similar material for different users, Slidko does not promise that outputs or synthetic creator identities are unique or protectable. Third-party rights and platform rules remain your responsibility.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Generation providers may fail or change behavior. Slidko may suspend accounts to address abuse, security, nonpayment, legal requirements, or risk to other customers.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Slidko disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email. Questions, rights requests, and legal notices should be sent through the support channel provided in the application until a dedicated public legal address is published.
