What Slidko processes

Slidko processes account details, brand information, campaign briefs, product references, creator reference images, generated media, usage records, billing status, and technical logs needed to provide and secure the service.

Creator likeness and product assets

Only upload people, products, logos, screenshots, and other material you have permission to use. Creator references and product assets are private workspace material. They are used to analyze visible production traits, generate requested creative, preserve continuity, troubleshoot failures, and provide exports.

Slidko does not use reference photos to identify a person or intentionally infer sensitive traits. Uploaded likenesses are not a substitute for consent: customers must maintain the rights required for their intended commercial use.

Service providers

Slidko uses infrastructure and subprocessors including Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; OpenAI for planning, image analysis, and image generation; Stripe for billing; Vercel for application hosting; and operational analytics/error-monitoring providers when enabled. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their contracted services and under their applicable terms.

Billing information

Stripe processes payment-card details. Slidko stores billing identifiers, subscription state, invoices or event references, and credit-ledger activity, but does not store full card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while an account is active and for a limited period needed for recovery, security, legal obligations, and backup rotation. Customers can remove individual creator and product assets and may request organization export or deletion. Deletion may be delayed briefly to prevent accidental loss and may persist temporarily in encrypted backups until normal rotation completes.

Security

Slidko uses authenticated sessions, tenant-scoped authorization, private object storage, signed access, encryption in transit, metered server-side generation, and operational logging. No service can guarantee absolute security; suspected abuse or unauthorized access should be reported through the support channel provided in the application.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information and may revoke permission for future use of an uploaded creator likeness. Revocation does not retroactively invalidate exports created while permission was valid.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email. Continued use after an updated notice takes effect is subject to the updated notice.
